Voice: Bass The Choir
of St Luke's, Chelsea, 2003-07 I am an experienced and reliable choral singer with a good blending voice. My sense of pitch and sight-reading skills are excellent, and I am confident in taking on verse or solo passages when required. Available weekdays and weekends. Please email me for further details. Initially as a choral scholar and subsequently as a voluntary member of the Choir of St Luke's, Chelsea (widely acknowledged as one of the finest choirs of its kind) I received a thorough choral training under the directorship of Jonathan Leonard. In addition to singing services throughout the year, the choir also performed in concert and regularly undertook tours to cathedrals across the UK (Brecon Cathedral being pictured on the right). |

On moving to Cardiff in 2007 I was invited to join the BBC National Chorus of Wales by their Artistic Director Adrian Partington; a fantastic opportunity to develop my performing experience and knowledge of the repertoire still further. Whilst with BBCNCW I undertook a large number of recordings and live broadcast concerts, including performances at the BBC Proms and tours to Paris. Since returning to London in 2010 I have continued to sing occasionally at St Luke's, but remain available for work at weekends and during the week.
